1. GUESS WHO IS AT THE DOOR? I will be shocked if you get it, he's probably the last person on your guest list, for reasons well known to you. However, there He is. Before you slam the door in His face, permit me to make a proper introduction. His name is JESUS CHRIST and contrary to what you think, He has not come to CONDEMN you or your lifestyle, "When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee? he said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, NEITHER DO I CONDEMN THEE ..." [John 8:10-11] JESUS CHRIST is at your door as a FRIEND more reliable than a sibling, a FRIEND who has gone through the worst this world has to offer, even death and overcame. He comes in PEACE, "... that IN ME YE MIGHT HAVE PEACE. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world" [John 16:33] He is a GENTLEMAN, JESUS won't force Himself on you, "Behold, I STAND AT THE DOOR, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me" [Revelation 3:20]
2. You may be wondering, who is JESUS CHRIST? JESUS CHRIST is God revealed in the frame of Man as SAVIOUR of the world. I perceive your next query to be as follows; why does the world need a SAVIOUR? The answer is SIN, the corrupted nature of Satan, brought man into collision with God and untold suffering on earth, "For we know that the WHOLE CREATION GROANETH and TRAVAILETH IN PAIN together until now" [Romans 8:22] I should let you know, SIN is much more than fornication, robbery, lying, drug addiction, drunkenness, etc. SIN is essentially who you are without JESUS, a slave to Satan, working DISOBEDIENCE against God, "For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but SIN THAT DWELLETH IN ME" [Romans 7:19-20] SIN is the reason you are unable to break that bad habit, fulfil your new year resolutions or turn a new leaf. JESUS CHRIST is at your door with GOOD NEWS of His VICTORY over SIN and DEATH, through His DEATH on the Cross and RESURRECTION. He is at your door with offers of VICTORY over SIN and ETERNAL LIFE, "For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. ... For the wages of sin is death; but the GIFT OF GOD IS ETERNAL LIFE THROUGH JESUS CHRIST of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" [Romans 6:10,23]
3. I see many locks on your door and understand, your past experience with wolves masquerading as servants of God are unpalatable. JESUS is aware of all these and mourns the sad reality of false preachers, "Saying unto them, It is written, My house is the house of prayer: but ye have made it a den of thieves" [Luke 19:46] He is knocking at the door of your heart for reconciliation, bereft of intermediaries. It does not matter what you've done with your life; thieves, drug addicts, idolaters, murderers, etc., are welcome, "All that the Father giveth me shall COME TO ME; and him that cometh to me I WILL IN NO WISE CAST OUT" [John 6:37] JESUS is at the door with offer of a new beginning for you, a clean slate, if you will receive Him, "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a NEW CREATURE: OLD THINGS ARE PASSED AWAY; behold, ALL THINGS ARE BECOME NEW" ["2 Corinthians 5:17] Your "NEW BEGINNING" breaks with REPENTANCE; acknowledging and confessing your SIN to JESUS not to any man. Follow up with FAITH in Him; ACCEPT JESUS CHRIST with all your heart as your God and SAVIOUR, "For IN HIM DWELLETH ALL THE FULNESS OF THE GODHEAD BODILY. And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power" [Colossians 2:9-10]
4. JESUS is at your door with the package for ABUNDANT LIFE, "The THIEF cometh not, but for to STEAL, and to KILL, and to DESTROY: I AM COME THAT THEY MIGHT HAVE LIFE, and that they might HAVE IT MORE ABUNDANTLY" [John 10:10] ABUNDANT LIFE is the LIFE of God which JESUS gives to those who accept Him as LORD and SAVIOUR. We have a "TASTE" of it in this world and the fulness hereafter, "But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath PREPARED FOR THEM THAT LOVE HIM" [1 Corinthians 2:9] My dear Friend, our FAITH and HOPE in CHRIST are not determined or tied to earthly things,"If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable" [1 Corinthians 15:19] We have our full INHERITANCE awaiting us at the appearance of JESUS CHRIST to receive us to Himself, "... and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, WHEN HE SHALL APPEAR, WE SHALL BE LIKE HIM; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure" [1 John 3:2-3] Having this HOPE, let us prepare ourselves with all diligence as BRIDE waiting for the BRIDEGROOM, "And, behold, I COME QUICKLY; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be" [Revelation 22:12]

WHY SHOULD YOU DIE?
1. SIN is not what you think it is; it is not what you do, it is who you are "Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but SIN DWELLETH IN ME” [Romans 7:20] SIN is Satan working in man to live contrary to the WILL of God. SIN crept into man when Satan overcame Adam and Eve with deception in Eden, “… for of whom a man is OVERCOME, of the same is he brought in BONDAGE” [2 Peter 2:19] They disobeyed God, became ensnared in cruel BONDAGE to SIN and we through them lost the LIKENESS of God's GLORY. For the records, all men are born enslaved to SIN, unable to do what is right by God because SIN dwells in us, “For ALL HAVE SINNED, and come short of the GLORY of God” [Romans 3:23]
2. SIN is one side of the coin, on the other side is DEATH. Through SIN, we are joined in sentence of DEATH with Satan; forever separated from God, “For the WAGES OF SIN IS DEATH; but the GIFT of God is ETERNAL LIFE through Jesus Christ our Lord” [Romans 6:23] Because SIN lives in our FLESH, this BODY must necessarily DIE, "And as it is appointed unto men ONCE TO DIE, but after this the JUDGMENT" [Hebrews 9:27] We all have these TWO APPOINTMENTS before us; one with DEATH and JUDGEMENT, the other with Jesus Christ and ETERNAL LIFE. WHY SHOULD YOU DIE?
3. I challenge you to choose Jesus Christ, who is God revealed to us, "To wit, that GOD WAS IN CHRIST, RECONCILING THE WORLD UNTO HIMSELf, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation" [2 Corinthians 5:19] God became like us to destroy SIN in this BODY and put DEATH to shame, “Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of FLESH and BLOOD, HE also HIMSELF took part of the same; that through DEATH he might destroy him that had the POWER OF DEATH, that is, the DEATH; And deliver them who through FEAR OF DEATH were all their lifetime SUBJECT TO DEATH” [Hebrews 2:14-15]
4. WHY SHOULD YOU DIE, when DEATH is swallowed in the VICTORY of Jesus Christ. The Lord Jesus Christ defeated DEATH on the Cross when He gave His LIFE as ransom for our paid for our SIN. All He requires of you is genuine REPENTANCE and that you accept Him as your Lord and Saviour, "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord" [Acts 3:19] If you are in doubt or in need of counselling, SMS +2348074318009 -
PRODIGAL SON
“For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found.
And they began to be merry” [Luke 15:24]1. This parable is a prophetic message [Luke 15:11-32]
This prophecy, like many others, has dual meaning. One, the parable foretold the casting away of Israel as cue for gentiles to be reconciled to God through Jesus Christ, of which the Bible says: “For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead? [Romans 11:15] The parable was a rebuke to Pharisees and religious leaders, in Israel, who denied credentials of Christ as Lord and Saviour. Two, the parable foretold the exceeding grace of God bought by the blood of Jesus shed on the Cross, as it is written: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” [John 3:16] The first part of the parable was fulfilled In AD 70, when the Roman army sacked Jerusalem. The temple was plundered and Israel was scattered all over the world. The second part is fulfilled today and everywhere the gospel of Jesus Christ is preached.2. God is the father in the parable.
The two sons and household of servants represent the Church. The younger son squandered his inheritance in a strange land. The older brother stayed at home, neither asking nor receiving inheritance. The prophetic significance of the parable is not the riotous living of the young man or the long years his brother spent at home. The thrust of the message is the undying love of God towards those who confess, repent and return to Him, as it is written: “…Return unto me, and I will return unto you, saith the LORD of hosts. But ye said, Wherein shall we return?” [Malachi 3:7] Those who return to God in genuine repentance are His sons. Those who profess God as their Father, but have not His blood are impostors. There are impostors are in the Church, stuck in cess pools of strong delusion of righteousness. But no man is righteous until he is made so by redemption in the blood of the Lamb, as it is written: “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus” [Romans 3:23-24]3. Every father knows his sons.
The Bible says: “Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity” [2 Timothy 2:19] God knows His sons and all pretenders are naked before Him. The sons of God are the little flock who are born of His blood and to whom is reserved His Kingdom, as it is written: “Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom” [Luke 12:32] They are sons because they are redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ, not by membership or length of service in any parish. The older son was an imitator, born in the household but not in the likeness of the Father, as it is written: “But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonor” [2 Timothy 2:20] Let every man that calls the name of Jesus Christ examine himself, if he be a servant, impostor or son indeed.4. The older son was an impostor.
He lived all his life in the house, yet was he not a son in the true sense. His words betrayed his illegitimacy; “… Lo, these many years do I serve thee, neither transgressed I at any time thy commandment: and yet thou never gavest me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends: But as soon as this thy son was come, which hath devoured thy living with harlots, thou hast killed for him the fatted calf” [Luke 15:29-30] The pretender labored to prove his paternity by length of years of service and “work” discipline but failed woefully because every son is proved by blood. We are sons of God not by reason of spending many years in a local assembly, but by obtaining grace and mercy in the blood of Jesus Christ. The Bible says: “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast” [Ephesians 2:8-9]5. The door of grace is open.
Illegitimate sons, like servants, live in the house but have no inheritance. Those who go to church, preach and or prophesy in the name of Jesus Christ, but have not regularized their paternity status are pretenders and hirelings. Thus says the Lord: “Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity” [Matthew 7:22-23] The door of grace is open to all. Feel free to sort out your status with God right now and return to Him like the prodigal son, saying: “I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee, And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants” [Luke 15:18-19] It is your turn to make peace with God. No sin is too horrible for God to forgive. Confess, repent of your sins and ask Jesus into your life as Lord and Saviour.
