Winners take all, FIGHT TO WIN,

“For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them” Proverbs 1:32

1. Aside DEATH, SIN is perhaps the last thing men want to talk about and it is no surprise, they are two sides of the same coin, “Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the SOUL that SINNETH, it shall DIE” [Ezekiel 18:4] SIN, synonymous with Satan’s REBELLION against God, the error was re-enacted in man’s DISOBEDIENCE to God’s commandment in Eden, “Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: CURSED IS THE GROUND for thy sake; IN SORROW SHALT THOU EAT of it all the days of thy life” [Genesis 3:17] SIN, that is DISOBEDIENCE, is the identity of EVIL in man, “For the good that I would I do not: but the EVIL which I would not, that I do. Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but SIN that DWELLETH IN ME” [Romans 7:19-20] Take note, Satan was guilty of REBELLION, for which there is no repentance  (Hebrews 6:4-6) Man fell into DISOBEDIENCE and enslaved to SIN; SIN by GRACE is dissolved in the BLOOD of Jesus Christ through FAITH (Ephesians 2:8) SIN is the reason we fall sick, die untimely, go through diverse emotional trauma, live in fear of death and many more; I have GOOD NEWS for you, “… BE OF GOOD CHEER; THY SINS BE FORGIVEN THEE” [Matthew 9:2]
2. God loves you as a Father loves His children; He feels your pain and longs to comfort you with exceeding joy but there is the matter of SIN, “Behold, the LORD’S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; … your SINS have HID HIS FACE FROM YOU, that he will not hear” [Isaiah 59:1-2] SIN cannot be wished away, it is a DEBT that must be paid in full; God made the law and will not break it, “But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou EATEST THEREOF THOU SHALT SURELY DIE [Genesis 2:17] Inasmuch as sinful man, enslaved to corruption is powerless to redeem himself from SIN, God manifest His LOVE for us in Jesus Christ, “… God commendeth his LOVE TOWARD US, in that, while we were YET SINNERS, CHRIST DIED FOR US” [Romans 5: 7-8] Jesus Christ lived amongst us and was man as much as you and I; more important He was the fulness of God offering Himself in LOVE to REDEEM and RECONCILE us to Himself, “To wit, that GOD WAS IN CHRIST, RECONCILING THE WORLD UNTO HIMSELF, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation” [2 Corinthians 5:19] Jesus Christ paid the debt of SIN in full on the Cross and for all, irrespective of race, gender and status, with the proviso that you REPENT and BELIEVE, “For GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD, that he gave his only begotten Son, that WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM should not perish, but have EVERLASTING LIFE” [John 3:16]
3. God’s offer of FORGIVENESS is to WHOSOEVER will BELIEVE. Do you BELIEVE God was manifest in Jesus Christ? Those who do, REPENT and RECEIVE Him as Lord and Saviour are no longer enslaved to SIN, “But as many as RECEIVED HIM, to them gave he power to become the SONS OF GOD, even to them that BELIEVE on his name” [John 1:12] An armed robber, drug addict, rapist, scammer or what have you, who comes to God through Jesus Christ in genuine REPENTANCE and FAITH in Christ as God manifest in FLESH will have his SIN FORGIVEN and BORN AGAIN, “Being BORN AGAIN, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the WORD of God, which LIVETH and ABIDETH FOR EVER” [1 Peter 1:23] We are BORN AGAIN not of the will of the FLESH but of God and as Jesus died on the Cross, so did we when we BELIEVED, and “… BURIED WITH HIM by baptism into death: that like as CHRIST WAS RAISED up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in NEWNESS OF LIFE” [Romans 6:4] NEWNESS OF LIFE in Christ is opposed to SELF; I no longer live to please myself but Christ, and become what He wants me to be, “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but CHRIST LIVETH IN ME: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and GAVE HIMSELF FOR ME” [Galatians 2:20] Jesus Christ gave His LIFE for me, He lives in me and I in Him; His LOVE as living waters refreshes my soul.
4. We are Children of God, whose SIN are FORGIVEN, Sons in the likeness of Jesus Christ and JOINT-HEIRS of His eternal glory, “And if children, then heirs; HEIRS OF GOD, and JOINT-HEIRS WITH CHRIST; if so be that we SUFFER WITH HIM, that we may be also GLORIFIED together” [[Romans 8:17] We are HEIRS of God’s infinite treasures yet must continue for a while in this unstable and miserable world till the appearance of Jesus Christ when we shall receive the reward of our FAITH, “Beloved, now are we the SONS OF GOD, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, WE SHALL BE LIKE HIM; for we shall see him as he is” [1 John 3:2] Listen carefully, the GOOD NEWS of FORGIVENESS of SIN and SALVATION preached in the name of Jesus Christ has expiry date and the door is about to close as in the days of Noah “And THEY THAT WENT IN, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and THE LORD SHUT HIM IN” [Genesis 7:16] As soon as the door was closed, the antediluvian world was judged with FLOOD; the present world is condemned to destruction with FIRE, “… DAY OF THE LORD will come AS A THIEF IN THE NIGHT in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, … the EARTH also and the works that are therein shall be BURNED up” [2 Peter 3:11] Friend take the offer of FORGIVENESS today, accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, Amen.

“If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness, He is proud, knowing nothing, …” 1 Timothy 6:3-4

“With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men” Ephesians 6:7

REJOICE, it’s your decision to take no one may make it for you

“And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay” [Daniel 2:43]

CULTURE OF THE CHURCH  as received from Christ and His Apostles is sacrosanct
[1 Corinthians 14:37]

1. CONFESSION is precious in the sight of God, “For with the HEART man BELIEVETH unto righteousness; and with the MOUTH CONFESSION is made unto SALVATION” [Romans 10:10] For clarity, there are two sides to CONFESSION and both are crucial to genuine SALVATION; CONFESSION of SIN first, CONFESSION of Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour follows and in between, REPENTANCE. John, the Baptist, for example brought many people to CONFESSION of SIN but gave REPENTANCE as assignment for each man to WORK OUT, “And were baptized of him in Jordan, CONFESSING THEIR SINS. But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come? BRING FORTH THEREFORE FRUITS MEET FOR REPENTANCE” [Matthew 3:6-8] When we have our crusades or church outreach, we are as John calling men to CONFESSION of SIN. Oftentimes, we are in such a hurry to process those who respond into the fold we omit REPENTANCE. When we call men out to repeat prayer of CONFESSION and proclaim such “SAVED” who have not experienced “GODLY SORROW” we betray the TRUTH, “For GODLY SORROW WORKETH REPENTANCE TO SALVATION not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death” [2 Corinthians 7:10]

2. CONFESSION of SIN evidence of entry of the LIGHT of the WORD of God into a heart hitherto enveloped in darkness of SIN, as it is written: “The ENTRANCE OF THY WORDS GIVETH LIGHT; it giveth understanding unto the simple” [Psalms 119:130] As the LIGHT pierce through the darkness, our eyes are opened to the mess and consequences of SIN, side-by-side with God’s offer of REDEMPTION, LIBERTY and ETERNAL LIFE in Jesus Christ, “For GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD, that he gave his only begotten SON, that whosoever BELIEVETH in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” [Jonh 3:16] When we CONFESS our SIN, we declare the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God, stepping forward in FAITH to receive FORGIVENESS of SIN through Jesus Christ, “And for this cause he is the mediator of the NEW TESTAMENT, that by means of DEATH, for the REDEMPTION OF THE TRANSGRESSIONS that were under the FIRST TESTAMENT, they which are CALLED might receive the PROMISE of ETERNAL LIFE” [Hebrews 9:15] Under the FIRST TESTAMENT, CONFESSIONS were made and animal offerings made but the people did not attain the PROMISE because the blood of bulls and rams merely covered but had no power to deliver from SIN, “ For it is not possible that the BLOOD OF BULLS and of goats should TAKE AWAY SINS”  [Hebrews 10:4] Take note, the people CONFESSED their SIN,  gave their offerings and went home happy but relapsed into worse iniquities. Does this not sound familiar to our shameful clamour for offerings and sacrifice instead of OBDEDIENCE? 

3. CONFESSION is proof seed was sown, REPENTANCE is FRUIT and confirmation of what was sown, “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for WHATSOEVER A MAN SOWETH, that shall HE ALSO REAP” [Galatians 6:7] We preach God manifest in Jesus Christ as received from His Apostles, the WORD and fulness of the GODHEAD made flesh; this is the GOOD SEED, “And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: GOD WAS MANIFEST IN THE FLESH, ...” [I Timothy3:16] If what we HEARD, genuinely RECEIVED and KEEP is the GOOD SEED, the same enlightens our UNDERSTANDING, bringing to nought all resistance to REPENTANCE, “CASTING DOWN IMAGINATIONS, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the OBEDIENCE of Christ” [2 Corinthians 10:5] As the scales of SIN are removed, we see our pitiable SINFUL life through the eyes of God and are HUMBLED beyond measure in GODLY SORROW by His GRACE; to this Christ alluded thus, “Blessed are the POOR IN SPIRIT: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are they that MOURN: for they shall be comforted” [Matthew 5:3-4] To be “POOR IN SPIRIT” and “MOURN” illustrate admission of weakness of SELF in total submission to God’s GRACE. The more we SUBMIT, the more GRACE we receive to REPENT and mature in the likeness of Christ [Ephesians 2:8] As AIR is available to all but must be sucked through the nose to be of use, so is GRACE for REPENTANCE as we SUBMIT, ABIDE in and OBEY Christ.

4. CONFESSION IS NOT REPENTANCE and must be so taught and understood to raise, prepare and make ready, “... a GLORIOUS CHURCH, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish” [Ephesians 5:27] Why do we hide the TRUTH and rejoice in flocks of professional “CONFESSORS”, unpurged and always struggling with SIN, “... led away with divers lusts, EVER LEARNIG, and NEVER ABLE TO COME TO THE KNOWLEDGE OF TRUTH” [2 Timothy 3:6-7] PRAYER and FASTING cannot replace REPENTANCE, TITHES and OFFERINGS will not suffice; SALVATION is served on the platter of REPENTANCE “And ye shall KNOW THE TRUTH, and the TRUTH SHALL MAKE YOU FREE” [John 8:32] I speak in love, what do we stand to gain with stale bread of material prosperity, when we know it is an exercise n vanity, “For what shall it profit a man, if he shall GAIN THE WHOLE WORLD, and LOSE HIS OWN SOUL?” [Mark 8:36] I charge who handle the GOSPEL of which I am one to call all men to REPENTANCE and renounce all “... DISHONESTY, not walking in CRAFTINESS, nor handling the word of God DECEITFULLY; but by manifestation of the TRUTH commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God” [2 Corinthians 4:2] The appearance of Christ is imminent, REPENT and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, amen

STRENGTHEN THE NEW MAN, “… in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity” 1 Timothy 4:12

EPIDEMIC OF PARANOIA is a global crisis; help yourself, do the needful

1. THY SEED in Genesis 3:15 is the shifting forms and abilities of SATAN, personified in SIN, “And he laid hold on the DRAGON, that OLD SERPENT, which is the DEVIL, and SATAN, … ” [Revelation 20:2] The SERPENT was decoy as was the DRAGON by which he engineered REBELLION in heaven and was banished, “And there was WAR IN HEAVEN: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the DRAGON FOUGHT and his angels” [Revelation 12:7] The same was the SERPENT in Eden, not a snake as some imagine but the DECEIVER transformed into a form compatible to plant himself in man, “But while MEN SLEPT, his ENEMY came and SOWED TARES among the wheat, and went his way” [Matthew 13:25] He is the DEVIL, Prince of this world, working in man to advance DISOBEDIENCE against God, “…  the PRINCE of the POWER OF THE AIR, the spirit that now worketh in the children of DISOBEDIENCE” [Ephesians 2:2] Satan pulls the strings behind curtains of invisibility, drowning the world in inequity to raise an army of rebellious nations against God for the final showdown. Until then, the battle line is drawn as it is written: “And I will put ENMITY between THEE and the WOMAN, and between THY SEED and HER SEED; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel” [Genesis 3:15]
2. HER SEED in Genesis 3:15 is TRUTH, the PROMISE of God to REDEEM us from SIN by Himself in Jesus Christ, “To wit, that GOD WAS IN CHRIST, RECONCILING the WORLD UNTO HIMSELF, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation” [2 Corinthians 5:19] Putting it in context, CAIN and ABEL, came from same womb, born in SIN and of the WILL of FLESH,  “For ALL HAVE SINNED, and come short of the glory of God” [Romans 3:23] The precept of the PROMISE was laid in Genesis 3:21, where God slew a lamb and made “COVERING” for Adam and Eve; the blood symbolizing reconciliation [Genesis 3:21, Revelation 13:8] The boys knew what to do but CAIN obviously had his EYES on present realities and pleasures in the land of Nod [Genesis 4:16] ABEL delighted in the PROMISE though he could not SEE it and of FAITH became forerunner of HER SEED which was to come in due season, “By FAITH ABEL offered unto God a more EXCELLENT SACRIFICE than CAIN, by which he obtained witness that HE WAS RIGHTEOUS, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being DEAD YET SPEAKETH” [Hebrews 11:4] CAIN’S pitiable pretense of compliance, a form of godliness  sans OBEDIENCE, betrayed his pedigree as SEED OF THE SERPENT, “Not as CAIN, WHO WAS OF THAT WICKED ONE, and SLEW HIS BROTHER. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous” [1 John 3:12]
3. The character and ambitions of Satan, were personified in CAIN, “And CAIN knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he BUILDED A CITY, …” [Genesis 4:17] CAIN’S city is symptomatic of CONTROL, for there must of necessity be a RULER and, in this case, SERPENT in man. From here grew all empires and civilizations, propelled by three unseen armies of fallen angels and demons. The FIRST army rode out with IMMITATION to nurse FALSE RELIGION; CAIN was a farmer but his descendants suddenly became FATHERS of Shepherds and went all out impersonating the righteous, “And Adah bare Jabal: he was the FATHER of such as dwell in TENTS, and of such as have CATTLE” [Genesis 4:20] The SECOND, introduced HARPS and ORGANS, representing the allure and SEDUCTION of carnal pleasure, “And his brother's name was Jubal: he was the FATHER of all such as handle the HARP and ORGAN” [Genesis 4:21] The THIRD propagated TECHNOLOGY, science of good and evil for global dominion, “And Zillah, she also bare Tubalcain, an INSTRUCTER of every ARTIFICE in BRASS and IRON: and the sister of Tubalcain was Naamah” [Genesis 4:22] By these trinity of evil forces, Satan manipulates affairs of this world to prepare the way of the WICKED ONE, “Who OPPOSETH and EXALTETH HIMSELF above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, SHEWING HIMSELF THAT HE IS GOD” [2 Thessalonians 2:4]
4. If CAIN was SEED OF THE SERPENT, the WICKED ONE is the FRUIT; Satan, “Even him, WHOSE COMING IS AFTER THE WORKING OF SATAN with all POWER and SIGNS and LYING WONDERS” [2 Thessalonians 2:9] The WICKED ONE is coming and is at the door, and for a while works behind the scene until he has emptied the harvest of his inglorious armies into one pot, “And then shall that WICKED BE REVEALED, whom the LORD SHALL CONSUME with the spirit of his mouth, and shall DESTROY with the brightness of his coming” [2 Thessalonians 2:8] For your sake and mine, God was manifest in Jesus Christ to fulfil His PROMISE as he did for ABEL, who though died in the flesh yet lived forever more in Spirit, “Being BORN AGAIN, NOT OF CORRUPTIBLE SEED, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever” [1 Peter 1:23] Let no man deceive you with false promises of a future man-made PEACE, SAFETY guaranteed by TECHNOLOGY or RELIGIOUS avenue out of present woes, “For when they shall say, PEACE and SAFETY; then SUDDEN DESTRUCTION cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape” [1 Thessalonians 5:] The END is near, Satan shall be destroyed with all those who rejected God’s PROMISE of REDEMPTION in Jesus Christ. Friend, receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour God has something better for you,  “And I saw a NEW HEAVEN and a NEW EARTH: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea” [Revelation 21:1]

Unprecedented OUTPOURING of the Holy Ghost, the greatest REVIVAL ever and  MANIFESTATION of SONS of God

APPOINTMENT OF GRACE overrides appointment with death and judgment

1. Read carefully, “In the BEGINNING was the WORD, and the Word was WITH GOD, and the WORD WAS GOD” [John 1:1] Where was God before the beginning, my son asked. This question defines our innermost desire to search out deep things of God, “It is the glory of God to CONCEAL a thing: but the honour of kings is to SEARCH out a matter” [Proverbs 25:2] God is INVISIBLE, ETERNAL and SELF-EXISTING, He had no ORIGINATION and no END. He is the summation of EXISTENCE, in Him is everything that ever WAS, IS and will ever BE, “For IN HIM WE LIVE, and MOVE, and HAVE OUR BEING; ...“ [Acts 17:28] Before the BEGINNING, God WAS and everything now SEEN and UNSEEN were in Him. Now to the BEGINNING which some erroneously refer as the BIG BANG, but in reality was God’s move  and set the boundaries of same in TIME, “Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast CREATED ALL THINGS, and FOR THY PLEASURE they are and were created” [Revelation 4:11] There was a BEGINNING and by necessity an END, when God shall JUDGE and RECONCILE all things to Himself, “That in the dispensation of the FULNESS OF TIMES he might GATHER TOGETHER ALL THINGS IN ONE ALL THINGS IN CHRIST, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him” [Ephesians 1:10]

2. Let’s go a little bit further, “In the BEGINNING was the WORD, ...” meaning God stepped out of Himself and did so in the WORD. The WORD is the pristine revelation of God and by the WORD the WORLDS were framed, both visible and invisible, “Through faith we understand that the WORLDS WERE FRAMED BY THE WORD of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear” [Hebrews 11:3] Unseen worlds were designed and brought into existence by the WORD, diverse spiritual dominions and entities after their kind. To these the WORD was first revealed, the fulness of God, in a manner Spirits may comprehend, “And again, when he bringeth in the FIRSTBEGOTTEN into the world, he saith, And LET ALL THE ANGELS OF GOD WORSHIP HIM” [Hebrews 11:6] No angel had seen God but heard Him and the same, which is the WORD was revealed in SPIRIT, the FIRSTBEGOTTEN, for the purpose of WORSHIP. This is very important, God will not allow any other to be worshipped except Himself, as it is written: “For THOU SHALT WORSHIP NO OTHER god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a JEALOUS GOD” [Exodus 34:14] Angels which received the FIRSTBEGOTTEN as God and worshipped as commanded were approved as Sons of God but there were dissenters who denied Him, “And there was war in heaven: ... and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him” [Revelation 12:7-9]

3. Here is where it gets a little confusing for the intellect, “.. and the WORD WAS WITH GOD, ...” The preposition WITH as used here illustrates the MYSTERY of the GODHEAD; God stepped through ETERNITY into TIME yet retained His throne in ETERNITY, “And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but HE that CAME DOWN FROM HEAVEN, even the SONWHICH IS IN HEAVEN” [John 3:13] God made Himself known to angels in the FIRSTBEGOTTEN and to us in the ONLY BEGOTTEN; one was SPIRIT and the other FLESH, “And the WORD WAS MADE FLESH, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the ONLY BEGOTTEN of the Father,) ..” [John 1:14] Let us be careful not to be deceived, the same who hoodwinked angels is in the world, “Beware lest any man spoil you through PHILOSOPHY and VAIN DECEIT, after the TRADITION of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. For IN HIM DWELLETH all the FULNESS OF THE GODHEAD bodily” [Colossians 2:8-9] Those who propagate three distinct personalities in the Godhead deceive you, there is only one God; revealed to angels in the FIRSTBEGOTTEN, manifest to us in the ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, , “... Who being the BRIGHTNESS OF HIS GLORY, and the EXPRESS IMAGE OF HIS PERSON, ... “ [Hebrews 1:1-3] Be not distracted by those who profess the FATHER but deny the SON, the SON is the FULNESS of the FATHER revealed, “But AS MANY AS RECEIVED HIM, to them GAVE HE POWER TO BECOME the SONS OF GOD, even to them that believe on his name:” [Join 1:12]

4. In conclusion, “... the WORD WAS GOD”; the WORD was God from ETERNITY through TIME and back to ETERNITY, “And without controversy great is the MYSTERY OF GODLINESS: God was MANIFEST IN THE FLESH, justified in the Spirit, SEEN OF ANGELS, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, RECEIVED UP INTO GLORY” [1 Timothy 3:16] The WORD which was in the BEGINNING and seen of angels, was WITH God and WAS God when He appeared to us in Jesus Christ; Him I present to you as the only hope of reconciliation with God, “For ALL HAVE SINNED, and come short of the glory of God; Being JUSTIFIED FREELY BY HIS GRACE through the REDEMPTION that is in CHRIST Jesus” [Romans 3:23-24] Friend, SIN is not necessarily what you do, it is who you are; we were all born in SIN. It does not matter how low you have fallen, God shall FORGIVE and turn your life around if you accept His offer of reconciliation through Jesus Christ, “... times of this IGNORANCE God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to REPENT: ... he hath appointed a DAY, in the which HE WILL JUDGE THE WORLD in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; ...” [Acts 17:30-31] That DAY is so close, when Christ shall JUDGE the world in righteousness,. REPENT NOW and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour amen.
